PPL-R70 ratio fluxed blend of NBR/PVC using medium NBR and pretreated PVC resin. Special polymeric Plasticizers and Additives are incorporated to improve hot air ageing and flex crack. These special polymeric plasticizers also help to keep the product flexibility longer in service life. It blends easily with Nitrile Rubber to increase the Nitrile Rubber percentage ratio if required in the compound in order to make a tailor-made ratio of NBR/PVC by the user.     Our Products are used in various industries like:     * LPG tubing * Hoses * Fuel Tubes * Moulded Products           PPL-R70 is processed on conventional open mixing mills and internal mixers. The user can easily change the Nitrile ratio in the blend since PPL-R70 blends easily with the Nitrile Rubber on conventional Rubber mixing machines. For best results it is recommended that the mixing machines be kept hot during compounding stage for a quicker and a better homogenous compound.
