An ESE (Early Streamer Emission) lightning arrester Model Saturn is a device designed to protect structures and buildings from the damaging effects of lightning strikes. Unlike traditional lightning rods, which are passive conductors that attract lightning strikes, ESE lightning arresters are active devices that emit an upward ionization field to intercept the lightning discharge before it reaches the protected structure.
