The Cylinder Liners are finely ground and bore machined to the last micron depending on the intended application area. The inside diameter of the Cylinder Liners is plateau honed by CNC machines in accordance with technically required micron, to obtain the desired surface roughness quality.

The Cylinder Heads are manufactured using shell moulding casting process to achieve a uniform wall thickness of the water jacket.
