STRIP BUILDER ZENITH strip builder offers synchronized consistent rubber application for large or small rollers. Machines are designed for efficient performance. Designed with provision of cold feed and hot feed extruders with built-in electrical,pneumatic controls and other application equipments. Roller covering extruder plant complete with movable carriage holding the cylinder to be covered.

Hot feed screw type extruders are heavy-duty machines built to suit individual needs. They are made in many different type and sizes to meet the production requirements for straining extruding, tubing, slab production or contoured shapes. The extruder’s size depends upon the hourly output required and method of feeding with a complete line of equipment is available to meet with all customers need. The Cold feed Extruders have been developed for processing cold rubber compound. Since these machines in addition to extruding profiles also plasticize rubber; they differ from hot feed extruders, they have longer screws; heavier gears boxes and higher drive power. According to present stage of development cold feed extruders can be used for extruding almost all rubber compounds, which are process able on hot feed extruders. Feeding is normally in the form of strips or pellets. Machines with longer screw diameters are often fed directly with wig-wag stored slabs.

Zenith has designed its high performance Multi Drilling Machine for Drilling holes in Suction and Blind Drill rolls. These rollers are extensively used in paper mills all over the world as they are more efficient in draining of water than any other technique. Today most of the Paper manufacturing Companies across the world is using Blind Drill Rollers and we think that every paper mill roller manufacturer must have this machine to be able to manufacture such Rollers. Some of the salient features of the Machine are as follows :- Fully automatic with PLC controlled. Capable of drilling holes in rollers upto 8 to 10 meters as per standard.
