Construction :- Industrial Tray Drier having cross-directional horizontal air-flow system by flange mounted motorized fan for rapid drying of material kept inside. Inner chamber made of MS and coated with heat resistive silver paint or SS-304 (20G). Temp Range :- Ambient to 250ºC. Controls :- Unit is controlled by microprocessor based auto-tune PID controller with PT-100 sensor located at the top of oven. Safety thermostat in series with digital temperature controller given as a fail - safe. It is a double walled unit mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame. Inner and outer made up of heavy M.S. sheet, with outer duly hammertone painted and inner with high temperature aluminium paint. The gap between two walls is fitted with high grade glass wool to minimise thermal loss. Brackets to support the heavily laden drying trays at adjustable height are provided on the sides of inner walls. Heating is brought about by strip type air heaters, and each heater is and independent unit which can be easily replaced in event of failure.Temprature range from 50o C to 250o C is controlled by Thermostat Controller with an accuracy of 1oC.Ventilation is provided with adjustable opening at the opening at the top to exhaust the fumes of apours produced during processing. Unit is supplied with 3 shelves and extra shelves can be supplied at extra cost. A heavy duty V belt driven motor suitable capacity provides forced air circulation so as to ensure uniform heating throughout the inner chamber. A separate control pane is fitted to the chamber with individual control for ON/ OFF, air circulating fan and thermostat.
