These are the Filters we started manufacturing and we are continuing to do so even after 30 years. These Air Filters are primarily installed in DC motors and are paired to a Blower. The main purpose of these filters is prevent dust particles from entering the DC motor. We can Filter dust particles from 3 microns to 30 microns based on the application. These filters work on a variety of air flows and they have minimum pressure drop which increases the filter efficiency and life. Filter material can be High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or Synthetic Felt media. Typically these Filters last for an year and have to be replaced every year. Replacing every year will cost a company a few thousand rupees but can save lakhs of Rupees in the long run by increasing the life of a motor
