RASTA-634R is a highly integrated smart GPS module with a ceramic GPS patch antenna. The antenna is connected to the module via an LNA. The module is with 51 channel acquisition engine and 14 channel track engine, which be capable of receiving signals from up to 65 GPS satellites and transferring them into the precise position and timing information that can be read over either UART port or RS232 serial port. Small size and high-end GPS functionality are at low power consumption, Both of the LVTTL-level and RS232 signal interface are provided on the interface connector, supply voltage of 3.6V~6.0V is supported. The smart GPS antenna module is available as an off-the-shelf component, 100% tested. The smart GPS antenna module can be offered for OEM applications with the versatile adaptation in form and connection. Additionally, the antenna can be tuned to the final systems’ circumstances. 65 CHANNEL GPS MODULE WITH CONNORECT This is the gps module which we can directly connect to any microcontroller’s serial communication pins. in the above 6 wires 1,2 are gnd and vcc (5v)and the last wire yellow colored one we can connect to microcontrollerprocessor’s Rx pin (EX:10th pin in 8051)

This GPS Receiver Modem is based on SIMCOM’s SIM28MSIM28ML GPS Module. SIM28M is a stand-alone or A-GPS receiver. With built in LNA, SIM28M can relax antenna requirement and don’t need for external LNA. SIM28M can track as low as -165dBm signal even without network assistance. SIM28M has excellent low power consumption characteristics (acquisition 17mA, tracking 16mA). SIM28M supports various location and navigation applications, including autonomous GPS, QZSS, SBAS ranging (WASS, EGNOS, GAGAN, MSAS), DGPS and A-GPS. The antenna circuitry built in this modem is capable of receiving signals even at difficult locations where other modem fails to receive signal. Use an external antenna of 1575.42MHz.
