Just like convection ovens, a hybridization oven is used for molecular assays in microbiology labs, research labs and other laboratories where DNA or protein identification are done. Our hybridization ovens are ruggedly designed for long years of worry-free operation. Each unit is equipped with a rotisserie that can help 50 ml tubes. The inner chamber is made of corrosion resistant stainless steel 304 while external chamber is made of powder coated MS sheet. High grade glass wool insulation is used to fill gap between two walls. All joints are nicely welded. Door is also insulated and has a glass window. Our hybridization oven is equipped with a microprocessor based PID temperature controller, air circulating fan and a rotisserie. Each unit is compact in design and performs quiet and smooth operation.  

Hybridization Oven’s unique fan assisted airflow system circulates air evenly and continuously, delivering excellent temperature uniformity throughout the oven. Microprocessor temperature controller (HMI+PLC as an option). The 5-20 RPM rotation speed range permits hybridization and washing at different speeds at the touch of a dial. Audible and visual alarms: when preset temperature limit is reached. when each step of any programmed mode is terminated. When low humidity level is detected by the sensor.(optional with humidity control) When the door is open. Protection of the main body and the circuit board against overheating. Features: These double walled units have outer chamber of M.S. sheet duly painted and inner of S.S. Temperature is controlled through a Microprocessor Based PID Digital Temperature Controller with an accuracy of + 0.5ºC. Air circulation fan is also provided to ensure temperature uniformity. Carrier to hold bottles (6 in number of size 60 m.m. dia x 200 m.m. depth) can be easily placed on the rotor. The carrier rotates at a variable speed of 2 to 16 r.p m Viewing glass window in the door allows inspection of the specimen inside the chamber.(A) Temperature range from 5ºC above ambient to 90ºC.  

This versatile hybridization oven has a built in shaker and provides the perfect conditions for consistent results. Mechanical convection circulates air through the chamber to create an extremely uniform environment, while heat input is controlled by a top of the line microprocessor. You can also easily view your running samples through the window on the front door of the unit allowing visualization without disrupting internal temperature.

Hybridization Oven is especially designed to create ideal environment for nucleic acid hybridization including northern, southern and western blot applicationwhere sterile conditions are required and where the integrity of the sample must be preserved while heating it to the exact temperature for the right period of time. It also works as an incubator shaker. Our hybridization ovens offer better agitation, higher through put, and requires less volume per membrane area. It incorporates a microprocessor temperature controller that together with a large, noiseless and quiet circulating fan, assure uniform and precise temperature control. These have the capacity to conduct up to 20 independent probe hybridizations, each with up to seven separate membranes.
