In PVC Processing (extrusion, injection moulding etc.), the polymer is subjected to high temperature which can lead to burning )degradation or breaking of polymer chains). Heat stablizers are lead compounds that are added to prevent burning. Conventionally combination of three chemicals, TBLS, DBLS and LS (Tribasic lead sulphate, dibasic Lead stearate and Lead stearate) were used as heat stablizers with Calcium Stearate as a co-stablizer. Now one pack is used in place of the three chemicals as heat stabilizer. Its performance depens on two things The lead oxide content which provides stabilization by deactivating the chloride radical formed during heated melt processing of PVC during extrusionby providing lubrication so that the residence time inside the screw extruder ( heated zone ) is reduced, so less deterioration is there. We manufacture lead based one pack stabilizers which are manufactured by in-situ co-precipitation method and use advanced lubricants, anti oxidants and co-stabilizers. Our R&D is equipped with two roll calendering, thermal stability checking, rheometer and other equipment to check the performance of our stabilizers which compete with Baerlocher, Ferro, Akdeniz and Sunace in the international market. NEOCRETE range of ADMIXTURE & PLASTICIZER products are specially designeds, integral compounds used as additive for modified portland cement composition. The products in this range conforms to IS: 2645-1975, BS-4887, ASTM C 91 as an ‘Integral waterproofing admixture’ & conforms to IS: 9103-1999 as an Super Plasticizing Admixture. It is a product based upon lingo sulphonates. It can be used to improve workability without the addition of extra water, or to allow reductions in free water content of the concrete mix. Direction for Use Perma Plast-EX should be added to the concrete mix during the mixing cycle at the same time as water. Never add Perma Plast- EX to dry cement. Dosage Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum addition rates of Perma Plast-EX. A dosage range of 100 ml to 200 ml per 50 kgs of cement is recommended as an initial starting point. Packing Perma PIast-Ex is available in 100 ml 200 ml 500 ml 1 litre 5 litre 10 litre 25 litre 100 litres Shield Life 24 months from the date of manufacture if stored in a cool, dry place in original packing Quality Assurance Should you find the behavior of the product different from the normal feel or the claims with the literature, stop the use of the product, cordon off all such product and inform Perma with a complaint letter stating the problem, batch number etc. lf the product is used in spite of observed variance the responsibility shall be with the user.
