These products can be offered in up to 15 MT single piece finish & even more as per customer’s requirements. Our in-house machine shop allows us to deliver products different dimensions with optimum finish.

Forging is a process wherein the material is hammered according to customers requirements. In this process Ingot is heated in a furnace & then forged. Our in-house Testing, Heat treatment & machining facility also allow us to deliver quality forged shafts for various applications.

We offer high quality alloy steel base casting alloyed with Adamite or Cr-Ni-Mo (Chromium, Nickel, Molybednum). The high mechanical strength of typical steel as well as wear resistance property of cast iron is flawlessly combined in these rolls by means of Special Heat Treatment Cycle. Our range of alloy steel base casting offer mechanical strength of higher degree with good weldability.
