PHF unit filters, heats & pumps furnace oil to oil fired furnaces, kilns, ovens, dryers, boilers at 15-20 psi at 100 Deg C.The furnace oil is filtered through coarse inlet basket strainer, Heated to desired temperature & filtered again through fine outlet basket strainer before being pumped to be fired in boiler furnaces.Use of fuel oil handling system minimizes start up and operating difficulties in boiers & furnaces and also reduce maintenance costs.Duplex unit consists of 2 nos inlet filters in parallel , followed by 2 nos. gear pumps,One heater unit followed by outlet filters.Any excess fuel, which is not required by the burner, is returned back to the heating and pumping unit.
