PARAS whole milk powder is a homogeneous, free flowing powder manufactured from pasteurized fresh whole milk and spray dried to provide an excellent source of all natural dairy protein and butter fat. It is off white in colour with a clean milky flavor. Low or medium heat grades can be provided as per requirement. It can perform a wide range of key functions in prepared foods, including emulsification, thickening, gelling and foaming. Typical usage is in baby foods, dairy products, dry blends, wet blends, prepared dry mixes, confectionery and bakery products, ice creams, chocolates and animal feed.

Paras White Butter is produced from fresh pasteurized sweet cream. This is manufactured by maintaining strict by genic standard and is untouched by land during production & packaging. Pure butter derived from milk is without added any chemicals.  

a) Keep the packet of Cream in Refrigerator overnight till temp reaches up to 5˚C before whipping. b) Pour the cream in a pre-cooled bowl/utensil for best results. c) Whip the cream using a whipper or whipping attachment to get the desired results. d) If required additional sugar can be added as per taste.
