It is a machine used for preparation of fruit vegetable for preservation by canning, Bottling or by any other way. The pulper separates seed & peel from the edible part of the fruit or vegetable. As in the case of mango, pulp is separated and seed & peel are removed in one operation.We also have a special twin pulper for mangoes which is combination of two pulpers. In one pulper coarse pulp is extracted and after passing thro' second pulper, fine pulp is prepared for convertion into juice etc. motor used in this is 15 H.P and capacity is app. 10 Tonnes hour.

Pulping unit is used for laboratory production of chemical pulp. It is provided with pressure tested six autoclaves, of capacity 2.5 liters each suitable for 300/350 gm bone-dry samples, rotate in hot poly glycol bath.  Microprocessor based temperature indicator cum controller with facility of more detailed pre-programming to control the boiling sequence. Two Heating elements of capacity 7.5 KW each.  Digital temp Indicator-cum-controller precisely control the temperature range 50o-250oC.  Maximum Working pressure 15 Kg./cm2.

The fruits are then subjected to peeling, cutting and transfer to pulping section by using slat or bucket elevator. The peeled and cut fruits are passed through coarse and fine pulper or twin jet extractor to give good quality pulp by separation of juices and seeds. The fine pulp is collected in tanks and taken to the Processing Section.
