UsagePre-treatment Solution For Ash Handling Systems
Key FeaturesRobust Construction, Precise Water Regulation, Continuous Flow
AdvantagesLow Maintenance, Long Service Life, Reduced Wear, Easy Installation
Product Discription:Maximius Ash Conditioners, also known as ash unloaders, are essential components in modern ash handling systems. Designed as an effective pre-treatment solution, they minimize dust emissions by uniformly blending ash with controlled amounts of water before final disposal. The system operates with rugged scrapers that move ash while water sprays ensure complete wetting, preventing airborne particles and enabling smooth, dust-free discharge.Key features include robust construction, precise water regulation, continuous flow, and an enclosed mechanism for hassle-free operation. Advantages such as low maintenance, long service life, reduced wear due to low RPM, and easy installation make Maximius ash conditioners highly reliable in demanding environments. Alongside, Maximius also offers Screw Conveyors for efficient, controlled material transport and Pug Mills for high-intensity continuous mixing. Both are engineered to deliver uniform blending, durable performance, and energy efficiency, making them ideal for industries handling ash, powders, and other bulk materials.
ApplicationsThermal power plants and sponge iron industries
Bevcon Ash Conditioners are used in many industries, primarily for pollution control applications. Ash Conditioners are highly useful in thermal power plants and sponge iron industries as they return the recovered dust to the process in a closed circuit.
The Ash Conditioners are made of abrasion-resistant bolt-on paddles which insure maximum wear life. Its made out of heavy duty design with single or twin shaft paddle blades and trough material construction can be mild steel, stainless or abrasion resistant alloy steels and fabricated from with a rigid base frame with a removable cover plate that provides easy access to internal section. It also houses anti-friction roller bearing support shafts and split type bearing that has dust seals. Throughput rates depend upon the type and properties of the product being handled.
