Submerged Belt Conveyors is meant for Hot Ash collected from travelling grate of Boiler furnace. Is collected directly into water filled trough, wherein a moving belt is installed to take out Wet Ash from the trough. A process wheel is employed at entry & exist point of belt to hold the belt in it’s troughed shape. These process wheels are free to rotate by moving belt to avoid friction & thus damage to belt. The trough is either fabricated from thick plates with suitable stiffners or can be provided in casting as per client’s requirement.

The Bullet Magnet has a powerful magnet enclosed in a casing and place in the center of the arrangement. The arrangement of the Bullet Magnet is such that every particle passing through comes in contact with the magnetic field. For greater durability and utmost service life, we use high grade compounds. Thermo Welded PVC Cleats : We use hot thermo-weld for our PVC cleats to form a harmonized blend of cleat and cover. Our blend provide outstanding cut as well resistance against chemical and is equally stronger as the cover to the carcass. Sidewall Belt Fabrication : It consists of a diverse variety of value-added profiles and operations, which adds value to fabricated flat belting.

The Sidewall Conveyor Belts are produced from a high elasticity and strength rubber compound and offer excellent flexibility and therefore maximum flexing. The use of diagonal fabric for the reinforcement within the Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belt ensures maximum elongation of the fabric at the flexing points as well as increasing tensile strength, again increasing the life of the Sidewall. It works on the principle of corona discharge, where two plates are placedclose together and high voltage is applied. This high voltage is used to separate the ionized particles. Ionics has developed a range of rugged voltage-current regulated power supplies in therange of 20kv to 60kv that are tailor made for these applications. The power supplies are designed to withstand intense arcing conditions which are a regular feature of theseapplications and can withstand hot and dusty environment which is very common for a separator unit.
