The stroke positioning is made by altering electro pneumatic control signal value (4 mA for zero stroke and 20 mA for full stroke). In between stroke is proportional to the band width of 16mA. Similarly in Pneumatic control positioning the signal of 0.2 bar for Zero stroke and 1 bar for full stroke   The Positioner and the Link mechanism are fitted on the top of the cylinder with a rigid bracket. The link mechanism is connected to the piston rod. The feed back cam moves along with the piston rod and provides the feedback signal to the positioner to position the cylinder in line with the control signal     Accessories :   All standard mountings and accessories are available to customer's choice.

They are externally identical.   These valves are particularly suitable for the pilot operation of the larger control valves and their compact size enables them to be built into machines and fixtures very easily. Many of these valves can be panel mounted and can be supplied with legend plates.   These models can also be used as 2/2 valves. In this case he mains air or oil supply must be connected to the ‘inlet’ port. The exhaust port should be plugged. Manual/mechanical operating forces quoted relate to mains air supply pressure of 6.3 bar.

Activated carbon cartridges CAK and Hopcalite cartridges HCK   KSI activated carbon cartridges of series CAK are highly effective oil vapour adsorption filters. They were specially designed to adsorb oil vapours and odours in compressed air and gas streams.   Designed as a filter cartridge, each element is filled with granulated activated carbon. Large-pore metal sieves in the generous apertures ensure a low pressure difference at the inlet and outlet.
