IFF manufactures all styles of filter bags ranging from internal grooved snap band, integral plain snap band, internal grooved snap band, integral plain snap band, integral rope cuff, separate rope cuff, collar type, ring top, disc bottom with a single and double-layer bottom cuff and most of the OEM’s designs with stitch as well as welding form. These bags are generally being used for jet bag filters.

We are complying all filtration norms for manufacturing cages. Our cages are passed through quality check and made by only spot welding. IFF is capable of making cages for different applications and gas nature as abrasive dust, high acidic environment, different temperature range from ambient to 300 degree.
With the different materials and finishes, we are also able to make the various designs of different types of cages. we also follow some customized and OEM’s design. We are capable of making 1700 cages per day and could make maximum single piece length upto 11 meters.

These fabrics are produced with the necessary finish and dimension so that could be performed in a better way.
