1. 100% natural cotton batting
2. 100% bleached white cotton batting
3. Any ratio blend of natural and bleached cotton batting
4. 100% organic cotton batting with gots certification.
We make the all above cotton batting by 3 different methods:
1. Non-bonded with scrimp (there is no bonding in the batting, same feel and bouncy effect).
100gsm to 600gsm upto 3200mm wide width and length of 50-100 meters.
2. Adhesive bonded cotton wadding (for more strength and high loft, easy for multi-needle quilting)
100gsm to 600gsm upto 3200mm wide width and length of 50-100 meters.
3. Needle-punch cotton wadding
100gsm to 300 gsm (upto 2250mm wide width)
