We are exclusively using the highest-grade vacuum degassed chrome alloy steel wires manufactured in modern electric arc furnaces. All steel wires are rigidly inspected before approval for use as basic raw material. Further, the steel balls are heat-treated in special continuous furnaces which are managed under strict process control. Working conditions are maintained so as to enforce the optimum established limits verified by endurance tests, x-ray diffraction analysis, etc. While our special grinding and lapping procedure serve to minimize temper lines & other surface defects, they also improve the abrasion resistance of the finished balls. Our manufacturing range for bearing balls is 1.5 mm diameter to 8.0 mm diameter for high carbon chrome steel balls.
