DIFMACS is designed using Micro Controller to monitor fuel levels in real-time. It interfaces with Level sensor through 4-20mA signal and compute the fuel level accurately. The system can also be programmed for tanks of various shapes and profiles. The tank profile information can be programmed through the keyboard interface provided on the console. It communicates the measured values in litres to external devices through the built-in communication port. This facilitates remote monitoring of Fuel levels from a central site. The built-in 7segment LED display assists is monitoring the fuel level locally. Wesman's standard assembled Gas Train is supplied either for inlet gas pressure of 1 bar, 2 bar or 4 bar. This system is suitable to control the fuel (diesel) temperature within the range of +40 oC to +45 oC (6 oC higher than cooling tower water temperature) throughout the test, at the engine inlet. For lower temperature range chiller is provided. Fuel from the in-cell tank is passed through a heat exchanger, which is made of SS sheet metal.  The water controlled at specific desired temperature is used to remove heat from fuel flowing through the heat exchanger. It is observed that the temperature of fuel is maintained with ± 1 oC.
