M seal steel putty is a two component, easy to use epoxy putty. It sets at room temperature. It is available in the form of co-extruded and co-centric sticks. It is used as a sealant to join various ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces. It sets into a hard mass that can be machined, drilled, and painted. Application Areas: Build broken metal castings Levers Manifolds Muffler Exhausts Tools Machinery Seal leakages in tanks, radiators, furnaces, pipes, air ducts Fill cracks in engine blocks, heads, throttle housings, rebuilds stripped bolt-holes Renew surfaces damaged by corrosion and abrasion Usage Directions: Cut required amount of putty, knead with fingers till material is uniform in color Clean and roughen the surfaces to be joined, mended Apply putty, force into gaps wherever necessary Smoothen the putty with wet fingers. Putty will harden after about 15 minutes (at 27+- 2°C) Once cured it can be drilled or sanded Replace unused quantity in wrapper and canister Store in a cool, dry place Cautions: Do not use on areas that come in direct contact with food, drink, flame or high temperature May cause skin or eye irritation.
