    Iris Paints White Cement Based Wall Putty encompasses a superior formulation, based on white cement. It is water based and specially designed for leveling and smoothening the undulations on interior walls and exterior walls. Physical State : Powder Method Of Application : Apply with putty knife Drying Time : Touch Dry - 30 Minutes, Hard Dry - 4 to 5 Hours Shades Offered : White Packing : Woven Bags - 1Kg, 5Kg, 20Kg, 40Kg Directions for Use Take required quantity of Iris Wall Putty in a pan. 35-40% water by volume is required to prepare paste of good consistency. Mix half of required water quantity into it. Knead/Mix the Putty & wait for few minutes. Mix remaining quantity of water to get desired consistency. Mix vigorously for 5-10 minutes for making a lump-free and uniform paste. Mix the product in such quantities that it should be used within 2 hours of preparation. Mixing may be done manually or by using a suitable electric mixer. Clean the surface thoroughly by sanding with suitable emery paper to free from dust, dirt etc., Ensure that surface plastered or made with cementitious material The surface should be moderately rough and in just-wet condition. Apply first coat of Iris Wall Putty (1.5 mm thickness) using a blade / spatula on the wall. Apply second coat of Iris Wall Putty (1.0 mm thickness) preferably after 4 hours in summers and after 12 hours in winters. Second coat shall be applied in horizontal manner to even out application marks of first coat, if any. Allow complete drying overnight and then use a fine emery paper to remove application marks, if any.

    • Avail from us Wall Tex Cement Based Wall Putty. The Polymer Cement Wall Putiy is formualted using special constituents such as white portland cement, minerals and polymer imported from Japan. The Wall Tex Polymer Cement Wall Putty is available in a powder form and has both inorganic as well as organic binding properties, and hence more effective as well as economical. Cement Based Wall Putty contains a special polymer which makes damp proof smooth surfaced wall.Mixing ProcedureTake required quantity of Wall Tex polymer cement wall putty in a bucket. Add slowly up to 50% of water. (For 1kg. Wall putty add up to 500ml of water), to the putty and make the mixture to form uniform paste. Keep the paste as such for 15minutes for the maturation. Once again mix the paste well to get a smooth uniform paste. Now the putty is ready for application.Application MethodFirst Make the surface free from dust, grease by means of sanding the wall with sand paper of putty knife or by wire brush followed by washing out with sufficient water. Ensure that the surface is clean and wet. It is very important to make the wall wet before the putty is applied.Apply the so mixed polymer cement wall putty paste on the wet wall by means of spreading evenly and gently with suitable putty knife. Apply the second layer after three hours. Allow the wall to dry over night. The wall is now sanded Properly by very using water paper medium, and fine papers followed by very fine paper. The dust so produced by sanding will be cleaned with water and allow it to dry.Always apply multiples of the layer instead of single thick layer. Please note that the paste so prepared is to be used within three hours. So kindly ensure mix only appropriate quantity only.Features of Wall TexSince it is made out of quality white portland cemend and polymer it imparts outstanding bonding property.No need of any prime coating or white cement coating is necessary either before or after application when wall tex putty is applied for emulsion or distemper type top coat to be painted. Water showering over the surface after the application, can be done. It provides damp proof surface, and hence it protect the wall. The surface applied with Wall Tex putty imparts anti fungal property. It is available in 8 colours It can also be available in any pastel colors of the customer's choice provided the minimum order quantity of 500 kgs. Since it is available in various pastel shades the quantity of the top coat is sufficiently reduced. It is highly economical (lesser price for more quantity) against usual conventional wall putty, since it can be made up to 1.5 times the quantity of its own by means of addition of water and further it imparts better coverage also. It is suitable for both interior and exteriors. It is particularly suitable for newly plastered walls, unlike other wall putty, since it is cement based. PackingPolymer cement wall putty is available in 20 kgs. 5Kgs. HDPE bags and 1kg pockets.Precautions If the wall putty is contacted with eye or mouth by accidentally, wash with plenty of water and clean thouroughly. Keep the content out of reach of children. Always keep the contents tightly tied and closed and kept in a dry place when not in use. Use the material within 6 months for best performance.
