Founded in 1991, Mavji Haribhai Oil Cake Industries (MHOI) began its journey as Chetan Industries, with an oil mill unit in Junagadh, Gujarat—a region known for rich cultivation of peanut and castor crops. Guided by strong business ethics and a long-term vision, the company quickly established a reputation for quality and reliability in the oilseed processing industry.
In 2003, we expanded into the Solvent Extraction sector, officially forming MHOI. This strategic move enabled us to produce a diverse range of products such as peanut oil, castor oil, de-oiled cakes (DOC), and other agro-industrial inputs — serving both domestic and international markets.
To meet growing global demand and achieve higher production capacity, we launched Castrogene Chemtech in 2021 — a fully integrated, state-of-the-art castor oil processing facility located in Gandhidham, near Mundra Port. Spread over 60,000 sq. meters, this modern unit is equipped with advanced technology and has a production capacity of 250–300 MTPD, making it a key hub for castor oil exports.
In 2024, we proudly relaunched our packaged edible oil brand, ‘Dollar Oils’, catering to both domestic consumers and international retail markets. Dollar Oils is committed to delivering premium-quality cooking oils, ensuring purity, taste, and health with every pack.
Today, MHOI (bulk oil & extraction), Castrogene (castor oil exports), and our consumer brand Dollar Oils form a dynamic ecosystem that serves various segments — from industrial processing to household kitchens.
