Vario Drive is a drive system built to adjust, set and control the cut length of packaging paper (Pouch or Wrap) in a Wrapping machine. The versatile system enables - infinite setting of Pouch or Wrap length, easy adjustment and setting, controls the set cut length.

Variable Center Drive for speed variation ratio of 1:3. Wide V belts used for the drive. Vary the speed by changing the centre distance between the Variable Center Drive (driveR) and the Fixed speed pulley (driveN). The sliding connection between the Variable Center Drive hub and disks is through serrations. Power is transmitted by wedging action of the belt by means of specially designed basket shaped springs.

Variable Speed Geared Motor is a complete variable speed drive delivering the required variable speed range, torque and power. Speed variation ratio of 1:7. This unit is a variable speed geared drive, consisting of Electric Motor, Fixed Centre Drive pulleys, Belt, Casings, Bearing Housing and a Reduction Gearbox.Flexibility in supply – We can select and assemble the drive for you depending upon your power, torque and speed requirements. If you have the Motor and Gearbox we can assemble the unit for you. We supply you the variable drive, casings, belt, control mechanism and bearing housing you assemble the unit as per our instructions. Flexible to suit your needs and requirement. Available for power rating from 0.75 Kw to 7.5 Kw.

Variable Pitch Pulley for speed variation ratio of 1:1.3. Standard V belts used for the drive. Vary the speed by changing the pitch diameter of the belt on the pulley by adjusting the pulley disk and the belt tension. These pulleys are applicable where seldom and minor speed variations are required. Available for belt section A,B & C in single and double grooves.

Variable Center Drive for speed variation ratio of 1:3. Wide V belts used for the drive. Vary the speed by changing the centre distance between the Variable Center Drive (driveR) and the Fixed speed pulley (driveN). V-Belt Variable Centre Drive for speed variation ratio of 1:3. Standard V belts used for the drive. Vary the speed by changing the centre distance between the V-Belt Variable Centre Drive (driveR) and the Fixed Pulley (driveN). The sliding connection between the Variable Center Drive hub and disks is through a coated round hub guide. No maintenance required, lubrication free. Available for power rating from 0.37 Kw to 5.5 Kw.

Graded Cast Iron - FG 200, Machined on CNC Turning Centres, Dynamically Balanced, Epoxy Painted or Phosphated surface finish available. The use of taper bush assists in replacement of worn out parts, thus enabling quick and economical maintenance of the drive set.

Position Indicators are suitable on passing through spindles to give direct reading on position of a machine component. Mechanical Digital Position Indicators are shaft driven mechanical measuring devices. Each indicator incorporates a geared number wheel set. Numerals change along the reading line as the activating shaft on which the indicator is mounted rotates clockwise or counter clockwise.

Swati Poly V pulleys are manufactured from defects free quality graded cast iron, precisely machined on CNC turning centres using special profile tooling for Poly V groove forming. Poly V pulleys offer various advantages as compared to standard V belt. A thin cross section profile allows for use with smaller pulleys than standard V belts. Pulley Drive width can be reduced as there is increased surface engagement of the belt allowing for increased power transmission. Poly V pulleys with Taper Bush can also be supplied.

Motor Slide Base are available for Motor Frame Size 63 to 315. Whenever drive belt or chain tightening is required, on a periodic basis to compensate for wear, temperature changes, or simply belt stretching after installation. Our range of motor Slide bases can simplify the process and minimize down-time. The use of MSB's can allow adjustments without the need for guard removal and without tying up skilled plant engineering staff.

Handwheels are Die cast in Aluminium alloy, meticulously designed, with optimum & safe sections, imparting strength & rigidity. Aesthetically appealing with superior finish and fine quality. Handwheels are available in three styles - Solid, Two Spokes & Three Spokes. In Texture Black, Matt Black powder coated finish or in bare Aluminium sand blasted - Rim Polished finish. Handwheels can be supplied with pilot bores or with bores to your specifications.

Gravity Position Indicator is a regulating device. The movement is housed in a sealed case. It consists of a balance weight mounted on a spindle. Mounted on the weights are several gears. By rotating the gravity position indicator, the spindle also rotates, the rotational movement is transferred through the gears mounted on the weights to the pointers. These indicators can be used on control spindles with positions ranging from horizontal to 60º inclined. Gravity Indicators are most accurate when used on horizontal control spindle, the precision decreases as the incline increases. Gravity Position Indicator can be supplied with or without a Handwheel.

Fixed Centre Drive Pulleys for speed variation ratio of 1:7. Wide V belts used for the drive. Vary the speed by fixed centre distance using variable speed pulleys on both driver and driven shafts. The driveR pulley is the Control pulley and the driveN pulley is the Spring loaded pulley. The sliding connection between the variable speed pulley hub and disks is through a coated round hub guide. No maintenance required, lubrication free. Available for power rating from 0.18 Kw to 45 Kw.
