Pistons are manufactured from shell moulded and pressure die casted aluminum alloy or granulated cast iron for better and excellent thermal conductivity. Placed between the piston and cylinder, piston rings are made up of casted iron components. We offer piston pins made up of various materials, in different shape and sizes adhering to the technical specifications.  Piston pins / Wrist pins / Gudgeon pins can endure extreme wear and tear due to highly graded and hardened alloy steels. Our products are tested at various stages of production to rule out the possibility of any defect. With a smooth outer surface, our piston pins offer excellent degree of performance.

We manufacture a wide variety of oil filters, strainers, filter bags exclusively for oil line and hydraulic line. The strainers are manufactured from GI sheets and wire netting that has suitable media, as per the designed specifications.

Cylinder liners and blocks are manufactured from casted high-quality steel and closely granulated cast iron. Connecting Rods are generally made up of aluminum alloy and carbons steel, our connecting rods also include irons which undergo die casting, die forging, shell moulding along with appropriate heat treatment. Available in various undersizes, our connecting rods have the capacity to absorb heavy impact at the cost of durability.

We specialize in manufacturing various types of bearing and bushes like big end bearing, cam bushes half section of bearings, main bearings, small end bushes, intermediate bearings, thrust washers and oil pump bushes. Manufactured with steel black copper, steel while white metal, aluminum, copper, bronze, lead, antimony, and phosphor  bronze, aluminum bronze  and granulated cast irons. Depending on the requirement and demand, bearings and bushes are normally made.
