Shanti Milling Industries, opened its doors to the world on April 1st,1985. We, at Shanti Milling Industries, had a modest start in Kolkata with the efforts of Mr. Anil Kumar Choudhury. The business is currently being run by their son Mr. Rohit Kumar Choudhury and her mother Smt. Chanda Devi Choudhury under the helpful guidance of Mr.Anil Kumar Choudhury. We were in food grain buisness and we manufactured quality Dal and deal in sugar and pulses.We had entered in Current buisness on 01.11.2019 with the guidence of J K Chemicals,Posta run by Jai Kishan Saraf and Rajesh Saraf.We had set our machines in our Kidderpore Godown and our machines are as per FSSAI Standard made of pure S .S.(stainless steel) with a capacity to produce large quantity of goods.We are manufacturing Icing Sugar,Corn Flour,Cuatard Powder and Baking powder in JKC brand.Icing sugar is packed both in 1 kg and 5 kg plain pp pack.More products will be introduce as of in comming days.Our clientele gets the best Quality as per their needs. Icing sugar, is used in icings, confections, drinks etc.Its fine texture makes icing sugar ideal for dusting over cakes, pies and pastries to sweeten as well as to add an attractive decorative touch. It is also used to make icings and fondants for cakes and sweets such as peppermint creams. JKC Corn Starch is used for Thickness of Soup,Gravies combines with flour or Crisper Samosa,Patties,Kababs,Chop.Blend with milk to make Variety of Puddings and Delicious,Indian Sweets etc. 1 Tablespoon 25g for per 500gm flour.Add to your final product 2-3 minutes before baking/cooking and mix well to allow this JKC Baking Powder to act properly. Take 2 Tablespoon(25g) JKC Custard Powder 100g inBowl Add 100ml Milk in Custard Powder and make a paste Boil remaining milk Add 4 Tablespoon (50g)Sugar in the milk Add Custard Paste into milk stir continuously and cook 2-3 minutes Let it cool and serve as it or with other recipes.
