Universal Testing Machine Our Universal Testing Machine comes with Electronic Instrumentation and Software. It has 40 ,60, 100 tons capacity with PC, inkjet Printer, UPS, Key Board, Moniter & Pre-loaded software, Brief Description: The Machine is hydraulically operated. The Power Pack is located in the Control Panel. The Load is applied through Hydraulically Lubricated Ram. An Electronic Pressure Transducers is located in the pipe line in the control panel. This gives load indication in the computer monitor. The indicator has tare & peak hold features. An Electronic Rotary Encoder/LVDT is fitted on the Load Frame which gives accurate indication of displacement of sample on the computer monitor. It also has peak hold & Tare Facility. SOFTWARE is provided which processes the data obtained from the said indication. This also makes the system compactable. PC with Monitor, Key Board and Jetink Printer is provided, when the test is conducted. The graph showing behavior of the specimen under test is displayed on the PC. Monitor. After the Test is complete, on command the Print out can be obtained from the Printer provided. All the calculation/formula is put in the software to give you Net Results. Fatigue Testing Machine The machine is used for metals� reverse bending. The Cantilever Type is supplied complete with jigs and fixtures mounted on elegant table with motor, weights etc. An electronic Digital Revolution Counter registers the number of revolutions taken by the sample to break. The machine automatically stops after the rupture of the specimen. Torsion Testing Machine The machine is designed for conducting torsion and twist tests on various metal Wires/rods. Torque measurement is conducted by Pendulum Dynamometer System. Torque is applied to the specimen by geared motor through gear box.
