The Unimark Handmaster 90 line laying trolley is a robust tool suitable for rapid road markings using all types of hot thermoplastic. The unit is supplied with a 100mm laying shoe and gas regulator, and can be fitted with a meter bell wheel and bead dispenser. Simple to use, fully-adjustable controls suit all kinds of laying conditions. With its unique quick-change rotary laying shoe connection, the machine will follow the contour of the road surface and mark within 50mm of the edge. The roadheader equips large span cutting boom and small diameter cutting head which makes it work for a large cross section and have stronger rock breaking capacity. Double layout, increase the installation and maintenance of space, the weight distribution is balanced, stable center of gravity. The automatic cable drum and multi degree of freedom overcast cooperate to pick and lay cables automatically when the roadheader is walking.Instead of manual operation,the automatic cable drum can protect cables ,ensure excavation and supporting synchronous and improve construction efficiency. Spraying system adopts Venturi spray nozzles, which makes the roadheader have high water pressure and good effect,at the same time,dust fan is equipped on the machine,all these provide a good environment for the tunnel construction.
