Construction & Functioning This stem generator is a three pass horizantal smoke tube economic shell type boiler. This boiler is Designed ans fabricated in accordence with India boiler regulations (IBR) 1950, and stage inspected to hydraulically shop tested and certified by director steam boilers of Maharashtra. The Boiler is of wet back construction having very good heat absorption in the Radiant heating zone. The outlet flue gas temperaturers are optimum such that the thermal efficiency is highest and problem due to H2 SO3 consdensation are not observed.(Due to high sulpher content in the furnace oil.) The furnace is provided with a large radient heating surface thus maintaining safe furnace wall temperatures much below its safer limits. The furnace volumes are liberally selected. This ensures complete combustion & highest combustion efficiency. The steam and water space is quite large and hence it provides ability to respond to fluctuating loads effectively. This boiler is provided with a fully automatic low, On-off modulations or contineous step less modulation. This burner is self igniting and able to maintain clean and smokeless combustion all throughout the operarion. The safties like low water level cut out. Flame failure lock out steam safety valve, Back fire pressure relief, fusible plug etc. are provided to ensure safety of the entire unit. The burner function is suitably inter grated with the control panel such that in case of ant abnormal condition arising, the burner shall cut off safety & shall go to safety lockout condition by giving audio visible annunciation & alarm. The provision is made to incorporate the air preheater. This preheats the air before fed to combustion, The additional 5% of thermal efficiency can be archived by this feature. High furnace volume & large radiation surface gives very high heat absorption in furnace & also simultaneously keep moderate heat flux & heat release rates. Pure steam generator is a machine which is used to produce pure steam for the sterilization of containers, pipings, vessels and for humidification of air. The steam is used to prevent contamination of organic matter and pyrogens. Pure steam generator systems are also used for the sterilization of machine components, tanks, clothes, filters and filling machines. Pure system generator equipment is manufactured to meet the cGMP and ASME standards. The contact parts of the generator are electropolished to avoid the crevices which can allow the bacteria to grow. The gaskets in the generator are made up of Pharmaceutical grade silicon or pure Teflon. Process of Operation Pure steam generator works on the principle of evaporation. The pure steam is produced in a vertical tube evaporator and this steam is passed through a stage separator. Evaporator transfers the heat to the feed water in the tubes through a tube type heat exchanger. The steam produced is passed through a separator which separates the contaminated water droplets from the pure steam. All the humidity is separated with the help of gravity. The steam is made to pass through paths to a cyclone separator. Centrifugal forces act on the steam inside the cyclone separator.
