To cater the demand of larger and simpler forging shapes such as bars, blanks, rings, hollows or spindles etc , , we have the 1, 2 & 4 ton open space hammer installed in our unit-2, where we produce open die castings. We are capable to manufacture forgings upto 500mm round, flats upto 600mm width and gear blanks dia upto 1200mm.

A defined set of steelmaking ensures quality finished ingots and moulds and to deliver the high quality of ingot mould. We manufacture ingot moulds in different sizes for use in steel plants appreciated for their high quality standards and durability. We ensure the best quality of raw materials to be used under the state of art manufacturing plant. At every stage we have a stringent quality checks. The quality is controlled by highly trained personnel by means of continuous testing and process control. Our modern steel melting plant consist of two induction furnaces having production capacity of 7 mt and 1 mt with two crucible each.
