Flat top plate, double ball race castors have the balls running in special ‘V’ cross section tracks which reduces friction , distributing the radial shock loads and weight bearing thrust loads over the entire swivel bearing, eliminating over stressing of the swivel bearing at one point, and therefore premature kingpin failure. The unique design ‘V’ groove profile of race and incorporation of NYLON BALL CAGE, helps in retaining the grease for a longer period and positively eliminates dust or solid waste from entering the swivel parts of the castor. FT- 38N These are light duty sheet metal castors made out of 13 gauge electrode quality CR Sheet having thrust bearing Dia of 1.5 inches suitable for loads of 50-60 kgs per wheel. These castors can be fitted with Nylon, Rubber, PU Wheels as per end user requirement. These are light duty sheet metal castors made out of 11 gauge electrode quality CR Sheet having thrust bearing Dia of 2 inches suitable for loads of 80- 100 kgs per wheel . These castors can be fitted with Nylon, Rubber, PU Wheels as per end user requirement

SPINFINE is made from heavy steel forging and is a vast improvement over conventional forged steel castors. The design has the base and swivel assembly interlocked by a precision machined ball race and an additional thrust bearing is provided to uniformly divide the thrust load eliminating over stressing of the interlocking ball race, resulting in a higher load carrying capacity, improvement in the swivel action and increasing the service life of castor under tough conditions, It has been designed for moving critical loads, in the smoothest possible manner, for any conceivable type of application. The thrust bearing and steel balls are fully enclosed in grease bath having retaining seals and nipple, therefore the castor requires negligible maintenance.

A medium duty castor wheel assembly manufactured using a new concept by merging convenience and cost effectiveness of pressed steel castor and sturdiness of fabricated castor , integrating best of both the worlds, A maintainable castor manufactured out of 6mm cold rolled MS sheets, having an integrally welded solid king pin in a robust Sturdy steel welded construction that neither stretches nor breaks loose ensuring excellent impact & shock resistance. Due to Special tailor made double thrust bearings it gives an extremely long life and smooth unhindered swivel action as compared to pressed steel or conventional forged steel castors. Provision of grease nipple for periodic greasing makes it economical to maintain and enhances the castor life, the replacement of worn out parts is also possible after prolonged use (unlike sheet metal or forged castors).

The rubber tyres are moulded to cast iron centers under heat & pressure to give a tough, durable bond. SUTRAN RBCI series wheels have good load capacities combined with silent running & floor saving qualities. They also have the ability to withstand reasonably rough service condition.

Polypropylene impact co polymer is a thermo plastic polymer & wheels are produced by injection moulding process & has very god mechanical, thermal & chemical resistance properties. Polymer wheels have high load capacities are light weight, clean & used with the minimum of lubrication. They are virtually non marking and cause very little floor damage. They are reistant to oils, fats, alkalies in general soaps & detergents

PU tyres moulded to nylon centers,light weight non marking, corrosion free & hygienic with superior load capacities to comparable rubber tyre wheels.
