North Gujarat and adjoining ABU area of Rajasthan state produces Fennel crop. Immature greenish seeds contain more Volatile Oil about 2-25%, while fully ripe seeds have Volatile Oil 1-15%. Being six months crop duration, Jan/Feb harvest has always greenish seeds. Later than Jan/Feb harvest the quality become less greenish due to HOT climate. Fennel requires much experience & expertise to clean stems, sticks, straw/Bristol other crop seeds etc., which we assure to clean well.

North Gujarat, Kutcha, Saurastra region of Gujarat state produces nearly 60-65% and remaining 30-35 % get produced from South West Rajasthan. Desert bound soil & climate is most suitable for good crop quality. Also these area’s farmers use very low chemicals/pesticides fertilizers to cultivate the crop. Recently they have developed variety GC-4 which is disease resistant, can give 20% more yield and having 4% V.O. Therefore from year 2009 more than 50% Gujarat farmers have opted for GC-4 variety. Now cultivation of GC-4 is possible with full availability of seeds. Cumin requires much experience & expertise to clean stems, sticks, nauxicious weeds and other crop seeds, which we assure to clean well.

Ajwain is non-irrigated crop. For which less fertile soil is ideal, also there is no requirement of fertilizer/chemicals. Ajwain are very susceptible to insect attacks, so cold storage of stock required after good cleaning, which we assure to do.
