The metering pump is a positive displacement chemical dosing device with the ability to vary capacity manually or automatically as process conditions require. It features a high level of repetitive accuracy and is capable of pumping a wide range of chemicals including acids, bases, corrosive or viscous liquids and slurries.
The pumping action is developed by a reciprocating piston which is either in direct contact with the process fluid, or is shielded from the fluid by a diaphragm. Diaphragms are actuated by hydraulic fluid between the piston and the diaphragm.

(Asia LMI was Chennai based company having grip over Electronic range of Pumps, & later Milton Roy had joint venture with Asia LMI – and then company name was changed to Milton Roy Asia LMI Pvt Ltd.) After some years, Asia LMI was taken over by MILTON ROY INDIA PVT LTD. In the era of Asia LMI, we were especially known for Electronic range of Pumps. However, Milton Roy was specialized in motorized Pumps having technological advantage. Our organisation began as B.K.Engineering Corporation. Later on B. K. Engg. Corp. was merged into BKWT Trading & Invest Pvt Ltd. In the year 2012 we achieved turnover of Rs.9 Crores (Rs.90 million). We have Sales & Service Center in outskirts of Mumbai with two Service Engineers & stock for immediate sales. We have our Sub-Representative in Pune named “OPCLO SYSTEMS” & had same in Baroda till recent past. Our main clients in this region include Thermax India Ltd., PRAJ, VA Tech Wabag, Aquatech Asia, KBL etc. & we look forward to add more to the list in coming days.
