Construction : The unit has double-walled construction, with the inner chamber made of SS304 stainless steel. The outer chamber is made up of MS/CRCA and finished in powder coated epoxy paint with PUF insulation of 65mm and has a full view clear thick polycarbonate Acylic door in addition with the main door to facilitate easy viewing of the contents of inner chamber. The outer door is fitted with magnetic gasket ,lock & handle. Uniformity of Temperature : Is achieved by centralized flange mounted motorized blower at back of rating 1/12 HP, 1400 rpm single phase & the uniformity is within +/- 5% of FSD. Cooling : By Hermetically sealed Kirloskar compressor with CFC free 134G refrigerant gas. Built in Time-delay of 90 seconds with solid state electronic circuit is also coupled with UNIT for safety of compressor is provided. An AMETER will be fitted on panel to know the status of compressor. Control System : A microprocessor based Auto Tuned PID temperature controller cum indicator with RTD (PT-100) Thermocouple controls the Temperature and the delay time, for compressor protection at power interruptions. Temp. Range: 5oC to 60oC Accuracy +/- 0.5oC. A Fluorescent tube light is provided in the inner chamber for illumination.
