Transformer Rollers/Wheels  are made using high quality Cast Iron. The size of the roller is depended upon the transformer load. We provide complete Roller assembly as per customers design. Sizes Available : 125 mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm. Any other size of roller can be manufactured as per customers design.

Mounting Block Mounting block is made from forging superior quality brass rods. With the help of connecting stud It is mounted on the phase boards which are of high quality insulating materials. The total number of mounting blocks in an OLTC depends upon the rating of the OLTC. Fixed Contact Fixed contact are made from Electrolytic grade copper bars. Copper Tungsten is tipped to fixed contact. This is the main contact point Moving Contacts Moving contact are made from Electrolytic grade copper bars. Copper Tungsten is tipped to moving contact. Moving Contact is used to establish a contact between Fixed Contact and Collector Ring. Collector Ring Collector ring is made of brass in 33KV OLTC, for 66 KV we use Copper Ring. It is main contact on which the moving contact rotates as and when the position is changed. There are 3 Rings in each OLTC. L-Connector Assembly L-connector assembly consist of 2 L-Copper Piece 2 flexible copper V-Bend strip. L-Connectors are made from L Shaped Copper Bars and V-Bend Strip are made from plain copper strips. These are used to connect the OLTC to the Transformer with the help of epoxy board.

Flexible jumpers are an excellent and cost effective interconnection for applications requiring flexibility.Copper laminated flexible jumpers are manufactured by stacking high conductivity, electrolytic grade copper foils and then pressure welded. The process is designed in such a way that it enhances the current carrying capacity with almost nil, millivolt drop across the connector. Copper jumpers carry the same current as that of Busbars as they have a constant cross section over the whole length giving a nil millivolt drop. So these kind of jumpers are ideal substitutes for solid busbars. The Drop In Anchors ( or Pin Type Anchor)  manufactured are used for anchoring concrete surface. These are used for medium to heavy-duty applications in solid concrete base material. The drop-in anchor is a female anchor that requires a setting tool that is used to drive the internal plug into the anchor, causing the anchor to expand.
