Solid Braided cords/ braids are manufactured on 8, 12, 16, 18, 20 or 36 strand braiding machines, depending on the size of the cord required. Many braids are reinforced with solid core of synthetic twine/ yarn for increasing strength and hardness. Braiding type could be single-braiding, double-braiding, solid-braiding, cord-braids, diamond-braids. We make the following kinds of braids: Hollow braid: Braids without a central solid core, thus imparting softness to the cord. Solid braid: These braids have a core that fills the central void. Double braided cord: These are braid on braid, typically consisting of an inner braid which is used as a core filling the central void in an outer braid that may be of the same or different material. Braids are generally made from cotton, polypropylene, polyester, rayon, or nylon yarns. The product can be dyed in colours as per your requirements. Application:- Cords are used for decorative and fancy purposes, construction, fishing, garments, in bags as handles, household and industrial purposes.
