TRIMURTI COPRA CUTTER is used to cut the copra into small pieces before the same is sieved in preparation to the breaking mill or to feed the same to Oil Expeller for crushing. The cutting of copra is done by a number of beaters. The beaters are mounted on a shaft supported by two self-aligning ball bearings. The shaft has at one end a flat or “V” Pulley. The cut pieces fall through the perforated mild steel plate sieve. The beaters are case hardened to give life. The Copra Cutter is fabricated out of mild steel angels and plates and is simple in construction and easy to handle. The working is very simple and beater replacement requires minimum skill. This can also be used to disintegrate any other material like oil cake, groundnut, etc.   Note: We reserve the right to make alterations to the machine from time to time as required.

Around 5000 kg copra is then stored in Kettle for chopping through Cutter Machine. The chopped pieces of copra are transferred through Conveyor Belt to the Roaster Machine for roasting by steam process. The roasting helps in enhancing the fragrance and enriches the copra with rich proteins, minerals and vitamins that are greatly beneficial for Cosmetic, Medicinal and Health uses. The roasted copra is transferred to 12 Bolt Expeller with two chambers for crushing at two different stages to give maximum output. The oil extracted from three expeller machines is pumped to stainless steel tank, which is then filtered extensively to remove further debris. The By-Product i.e., coconut cake is dumped in containers through conveyor belt.
