Reboiler with 5 to 30 theoretical stages.SALIENT FEATURESThe reboiler is provided with a mechanical agitator to accomplish uniform boil up of the mixture without localized heating and hence avoiding thermal shocks. Controlled heating facility ensures fairly uniform boil-up rates and avoids over  heating. Highly efficient structured packing provides a low HETP and low-pressure drop across the column. The unique reflux distribution system with control panel and adjustable program ensures high efficiency of separation. The design of condenser ensures low- pressure drop across it. The appropriate design of the subcooler ensures the entire material to be subcooled to the desired temperature before it is withdrawn. The vacating facility provided ensures easy removal of the distillate without disturbing the vacuum of the system . The vacuum manifold provides a unique feature where the column can be switched over to any vacuum pump at any time. Adequate vapour traps provided to ensure complete trapping of the uncondensed vapours thereby preventing the vapurs from entering the vacuum pumps. The entire column and assembly is provided with specially  machined flanges, appropriates gaskets and leak proof accessories to ensure almost zero leaks.
