The stretch film has generally a thickness ranging from 12 to 25 microns. Stretch film is made of a multilayer co-extruded structure (up to 50 layers) based on C4/C6/C8 and metallocene. The properties requested to stretch film are above all elasticity, break strength,puncture resistance, tear resistance, cling effect, clarity, thickness constancy and static discharge.
