Sugar Factories are equipped with bagasse fired boiler, using bagasse with 50-60% moisture. Huge quantity of burnt bagacillo and partially unburnt Fly Ash generated in boilers escapes in the flue gases into open air. The impact of this pollution is quite detrimental to human life. We have designed & installed most efficient Venturi Wet Scrubber which effectively arrests 100% particles of sizes up to 10 micron & bring down the final exhaust emission level within 125 mg / NM. This performance is much below the standard set by Central Pollution Control Board and Significantly no Fly Ash is seen in and around the factory including Township. With this system a serious disposal problem is efficiently solved and hence the area around the chimney is maintained clean and dust free. Our’s is a Pioneer Design, requiring minimum Pressure i.e., < 60 mm, Lowest Power requirement 10 HP / Boiler and Lowest Water make-up.
