Indelible ink is fast drying, hence can't be wiped once applied on Index finger cuticle and upper portion.

Product Research and Development Kores has a plant set-up to manufacture 1, 00,000 Bottles of the capacity 30 ml or 50 ml per day per shift of 12 hours, with its newly erected Automatic 16 heads filling machine. As such we are in a position to supply you any quantity within the time limit specified by you. We have a production capacity of Ink equivalent to 66 KL per month. Special Indelible Ink is supplied in 5, 10, 25, 30, 50 and 100 ml and in any volume as per requirement in matt colored HDPEPP bottles.
The ink should be put on the index finger skin above the root of the nail in such away that the ink spreads on the ridge between the skin and the nail of the fingers.
Indelible ink bottles can be provided with a special applicator with bristle hair or only with the applicator.
Special Indelible ink is ready to use after twisting off the screw cap and plug.
Usage
The ink should be put on the index finger skin above the root of the nail in such a way that the ink spreads on the ridge between the skin and the nail of the fingers.
Ensure that particular point of the finger that you mark is free from the oilgrease and the ink mark is distinct. To give the best result, the ink has to penetrate the skin by absorption. The ink should not be rubbed off until at least thirty seconds after it has been applied.
Our special indelible ink is irremovable from the finger at least for 72 hours after it is applied. Indelible ink is applicable by single process and dries up quickly. Indelible ink, after it is applied, cannot be removed from the elector's skin by washing, wiping or rubbing through use of water, soap, liquid hand-cleansing products, detergents, bleaching products, scouring products, alcohol, acetone or other organic solvents. It leaves a spot or mark that is easily visible by eye. It is sensitive to light.
Our special indelible ink neither gives any harm nor irritates the skin.
Do not expose the bottle too much to light or keep the bottle open for any length of time as the ink will dry or deteriorate otherwise.
Our special indelible ink is suitable for 6 months storage in its closed package and should be stored in cool conditions. During this storage period, special inks and packages thereof maintain their characteristics.
Transportation Details & Packaging Requirements Our Indelible Ink and related products satisfy all the Packing & Packaging requirements as laid down under "UN No. 1993 of Category III" for transportation by air. INDIAN INSTITUTE OF PACKAGING certifies the goods in accordance with the provisions of the ICAO on the Transport of Dangerous Goods and ICAO, Part-6 for the Transportation of "FLAMMABLE LIQUID, N.O.S (INDELIBLE INK)" having UN No. 1993 & Packing Instruction 305307. The goods fall under Non-Hazardous class for sea transportation and are not included in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Regulations Code 2002. Value Added Innovations 1. Sponge Bottle Kores understands the need of its customers well. To enable a voter to mark his Finger with Indelible-Ink (by dipping method) without dripping the finger while taking it out, we have developed a unique Sponge Bottle. This Sponge Bottle has a wide mouth with Wad Seal so as to prevent the leakage & drying of the Ink & has a Shelf-life of 6 months. Features : Special Sponge is used that soaks the excessive ink from the finger when it is removed from the bottle. The Sponge is non-reactive to the Indelible Ink. Available in : 5060 ml Plastic Bottles. 2. Indelible-Ink Marker Use the Ambassador Indelible-Ink Marker for a most convenient way to mark the finger. This marker is widely used during Pulse Polio Programme & Election purposes. Features : Ink loading is 5ml and one Marker can mark approximately 600 persons. Shelf life is maximum 6 months. Cap off time is 24 hours. 3. Invisible Ink Adding yet another feather to its cap, Kores has recently developed the Invisible Ink for Election Purpose. The skin friendly Invisible Ink, which is fast drying and resistant to water & soap, is visible only under UV Rays. Features : This ink gives satisfactory results that are the stain is not visible, when applied on finger cuticle, with normal vision but the stain impression is visible under ultra violet light and the stain impression can be seen even after 5 to 6 days on finger cuticle. Available in : 10, 25, 50 ml and special spray bottle. 4. Election Kit In an attempt to serve its Patrons in the most effective way, Kores has recently developed the idea of an Election Kit that has an extensive utility at the Polling Booths.
