This machine is preferred for higher outputs requiring several washing options with respect to a wide range of washing media suitable for glass/PET bottles. The unpacked bottles are loaded on the platform and aligned in rows on a wire mesh conveyor. These are then automatically fed into the bottle holders. Here, the system works on an intermittent sequence that handles individual rows for internal and external wash as per the users' convenience. The washed bottles are then automatically unloaded on the conveyor which is connected to the turn table. This ensures a continuous sequence of feeding the bottles into the filling sequence. The machine conduction is S.S.304 (cladding) & the contact parts are made of S.S.316. The machine has been specifically designed for online rinsing bottles using pressurized air or water jets. The bottles are automatically loaded and unloaded via neck-holding inverting type. Following the turntable, the bottles are securely held by the neck through uniquely designed holders, and inverted at 180 degrees for a thorough wash. They are finally straightened tot he original position and fed for further operation. Consisting of an S.S. Slat Conveyor, nozzles and indexing mechanism for a synchronized cleaning operation, the machine has been designed for cleaning a variety of containers. The machine has been specifically designed to wash the various types of bottles in the market internally and externally. This is done by subjecting the bottles to a range of washing sequences through different washing mechanisms by means of stationary water jets timed to fixed duration. The machine operates on the indexing principle, while the unique design provides the type of wash media. Each wash is repeated twice, without the mixing of wash media during the entire process. Apart from the range of volumetric and vacuumetric filling machine Liquipack now introduces FLOWMETRIC FILLING MACHINE for various types of liquids. This machine works on the principle of metering the flow of liquid through digital control. The liquid to be filled flows from reservoir tank to the container through Gear pump, controlled by PLC. Convenience of digital volume settings through PLC makes the machine user friendly.

The cap feeder is placed besides the capping machine. It's separate height adjustments are given in the hopper to suit the different heights of the bottles. Auto-height settings are also available for perfect capping. The cap feeder has a motorized height setting with Auto cut-off. If no caps are present in the chute, the machine stops with the indication of PLC The cap feeders are of various types based on the caps being handled - vibratory, dic, bowl, etc.

The Bottle Unscramble Unit has been specifically designed to reduce man power and increase the productivity of a plant. The Techno-Unscrambler Unit 100-H, ideal for round and oval bottles consists of 6 major stations. The Process: The bottles are first dumped manually on to the Hopper The bottles are then moved to the rotary conveyor through the transfer conveyor at regular time intervals The rotary bottle feeder then continuously moves the bottles onto the intake conveyor of the unit The bottles then pass through the 2-orientation stations wherein they get oriented based on their shapes and filling station requirements A transfer system is then used to transfer the bottles from the unscrambler exit conveyor to the filling machine intake conveyor
