It is qualified if it's impossible to knock out the film by cutting a longitudinal line on the steel wire and scraping nylon film with fingernail. The thickness of coating should be around O.030-0.035mm. It should have even color and the same color wire shouldn't have chromatic aberration before and after delivery. APPLICATIONS OF NYLON COATED WIRE: (1) Also known as WIRE-O BINDING WIRE, or ring wire binding, twin loop wire binding, Double Loop Wire is made of high quality carbon steel, outside is made of symmetrical and thin nylon coated, durability and bright color, and it is easy to press into the shape of round and very convenient to bind.
