Rotation of the top eccentric Weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery. Increasing the top eccentric mass increases the horizontal throw causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate.   The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the center of Vibrating mass creating tilt on the screen giving vibration in vertical & tangential planes. Increasing the vertical component of motion promotes turn over of material on the screen surface helping maximum quantity of undersize material to pass through the screen. The effective vertical motion helps in minimizing blinding of screen by near size particles.   The tangential component motion is controlled by the angle of lead given bottom weights with relation to top weight.   Variation in lead angle controls the spiral pattern of material travel over the screen cloth. Speed & Flow pattern of material travel over the screen cloth can be set by the operator for maximum through put & screening efficiency for any screenable product…. Wet or Dry…. Coarse or Fine…. Heavy or Light…. Hot Or Cold. Typed material travel patterns generated at various lead angles are shown below.   The material is fed en the center of top screen. The undersize material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The over size material gets continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. Gyroscreens are equipped to handle up to five different screens one on the top other with feed trays in between to give six precise sized fraction in single screening operation.

"MSPL" Tube Magnets have been specially developed for thorough removal of ferrous metals from materials in granular and powder form during transport through pipeline systems. These magnet systems are built into a housing, which is fitted with flanges so that, after mounting, they form a single unit with the pipeline system. Guide strips are fitted on the inside of the housing to ensure that the material to be purified is well distributed, and comes into good contact with the magnet core. The standard type has a M.S.Steel housing, although an alternative version with a stainless steel (S.S.-304/S.S.-316,S.S.-316-L) housing can be supplied to special order. Suspension Magnets are most useful for products carried by the Belt Conveyors.Use of Suspension Magnets is recommended for products with low contamination. However if the frequency of the impurities is too high, then Over Band type Magnetic Separator is recommended. The MSPL high intensity magnetic Rota-Grid separator has been developed specifically to process difficult products that have a bridging, and or caking characteristic.   The unit comprises of a centrally mounted magnetic rota, which incorporates numerous ‘Easy Clean’ magnetic rods arrayed around its periphery. The number of rods utilised depends on the inlet and outlet size.   The magnetic rota assembly rotates, gently agitating the product being processed. The pot is an essential part of the magnetic circuit, providing the return path for th flux. Electromagnetic conveyors make use of an electromagnetic drive for generation of vibrations whereas electromechanical conveyors are powered by two unbalance motors rotating in possible directions. Electromagnetic vibrators are used in applications where stepless variation of feed rate from 0-100% is required. On the other hand electromechanical vibrators are used where the feed rate is not required to be changed frequently during operation or where a relatively constant feed rate is required.       Electromechanical vibrating feeders are powered by two unbalance motors which rotate in opposite directions. Magnetic Grill (Drawer Type) can be fitted simply in existing pipe line or outlet of various equipments like Pulveriser, blenders or any other outlet location. Magnetic Humps are used where the flow of material is vertical. The material strikes directly on the first magnet changes direction and falls over the second magnet, ensuring clean outflow of material.
