We offer heating skids. ‘nirmal’ has experience in design, engineering and supply complete heating skids for natural gas applications. Pre-heaters are used in gas distribution network skids or in fuels gas conditioning skids of power plants. Natural gas is heated to a higher temperature to compensate the temperature drop arising due to pressure reduction and to meet the specific temperature requirements by the downstream processes. Increase of temperature improves the fuel combustion and increases flame temperature in case of furnaces.

we offer gas conditioning skids. ‘nirmal’ takes the overall responsibility of design, engineering, procurement, assembly and testing of complete fuel gas conditioning skids for the power plants. ‘nirmal’ provides fg conditioning skid with knock out drums, filter separators, natural gas pre-heaters, pressure regulation and flow control with different configurations as per customer requirements. the designs are made such that the fg skids are engineered fabricated in different skid mounted parts for the ease of transportation and installations at site. the fg skids can be completely automatic unit having scada connectivity for remote monitoring and controlling various parameters and functionalities of the skid.

We offer Domestic Regulators. MESURA was created in 1949 and specialized in the conception and assembly of regulators for natural gas and LPG for domestic and commercial use. MESURA has its main office and production facilities in Forbach in the eastern part of France. The commercial and export office is located in near Paris at ‘’ Les Ulis’’. MESURA also has commercial office with stock in Torino Italia and a subsidiary in Tunisia, where regulators are assembled and sold for this market. Typically, drs frs are ansi 300# ansi 150# skids having filtration, pressure regulation and metering. Drsfrs regulates the pressure to 4 – 5 barg and the further gas distribution network is pe line instead of steel line.

we offer city gate station. ‘nirmal’ offers the city gate stations (cgs) for different process parameters. cgs is the skid installed on the main cross country line tap-off and feeds the natural gas to the city at desired regulated pressure. typically, cgs is ansi 600# skid consisting of filtration, metering, pre-heating, pressure regulation and flow control units.this is the first step down for the ng cross country line pressure from 50 – 90 barg to 19 – 26 barg to feed ng to cities. the pipeline downstream to cgs is ansi 300# ansi 150# after this pressure let down. city gate stations are generally equipped with remote control of pressure and flow parameters with wireless communication. the scada controls flow and pressure parameters to facilitate the farthest consumer to receive the gas at desired pressure and flow rate.

We offer safety shut off valve. Safety shut - off valve sh4 - series series sh4 slam shut off valve shuts off the gas flow when the pressure it is monitoring rises and reaches the set point of the slam shut valve due to any failure in the pressure regulating system. The slam shut off device has to be re-set manually. these valves are for use in variety of applications: natural gas transmission & distribution systems, fuel gas supply to industrial boilers, furnaces and mixers; and commercial or industrial businesses.
