We supply horns in Full wave and half wave with alloys of Steel, Aluminium and Titanium, depending on the application. We design horns to for any brand Ultrasonic welder, having different operating frequencies viz. 15 kHz, 20 kHz, 30 kHz, 35 kHz and 40 kHz. Aluminium and Titanium horns can be hard coated depending on the application for longer surface life.

the process of spin welding uses heat generated by rotational friction at the joint line to weld thermoplastic parts with rotationally symmetric joints. Custom made Rotary Indexing integrated with Ultrasonic Welding machine. To weld 22-25 parts per minute. Loading is Manual. Unloading can be Automatic/Manual. The machine increases machine utilization time, increasing productivity and reducing operator fatigue.

We make pick and place machine to load/Unload part. The machine can be integrated with Vision fault detection so as to segregate between Good and Bad parts.

We make custom made leakage testing machine for testing Air-tightness of plastic welded parts. The testing is done by air, so work area is clean, easy to handle parts and Accurate.

This machine uses High voltage to test pin hole in partition and base of plastic molded parts. It can detect pin holes which cannot be seen.

Heat staking/Inserting machine uses Thermal energy to achieve staking/insert (Brass,Steel) in the part. Multiple staking/Inserting can be done simultaneously. The temperature is controlled in tight tolerance to obtain consistent results. All Parameters can be set through HMI for operator comfort.
