Deep magnetic fields are generated due to the powerful magnets, enabling a pull from a much further distance – as much as 4 inches to 5 inches. It is installed as head pulley in belt conveyor for continuous & automatic removal of iron ferrous particles from product on the belt. Installed at the discharge end of the belt conveyors, magnet pulley are ideal for removal of ferrous particles that cannot be removed by either a plate magnet or suspension magnet due to the depth of conveyed product. Pulley consists of 360 degree magnetic field that retains the iron particles till the belt passes the face of the pulley. Thereafter the iron particles falls behind the divider & the cleaned material due to gravity falls ahead. magnet pulley is an integral part of conveying system and for installation there is no need of any additional setup or arrangement. The key waved shafting of pulley can directly fit into the existing drive of the belt conveyor system. We are offering hump magnets. Pmt hump magnet are best suitable and effective for iron separation from high volume flow gravity applications. There are two magnet plates hinged on opposite sides of the ms housing. These magnet plates arrest all the iron particles from the productmaterial as the flow of the material slows down as it changes from vertical flow to 45 degree because of the specialized hump design. The product strikes 1st magnet plate & than the 2nd magnet plate on the opposite side. These plates can be easily swung opened & cleaned.

The product flows through a series of 1" diameter magnetic rods which are structured in the m.s. Or s.s 304 housing to create powerful magnetic circuit.
