These redler (fork) link chains are drop forged from case hardening steels like 20mncr5 & case hardened to varying surface hardness from 45 to 58 hrc & case depth of 1 to 2 mm. Connecting pins are also machined from same material and similar heat treatment. break load testing given as per requirement. Flight bars are welded as per individual requirement.
