Use:- These units are designed for the growth of biological cultures & the shaking of the chemical solution Construction :- The unit comes with precise dynamically balanced shaking apparatus with microprocessor based PID temperature controller cum indicator with Pt- 100 sensor and digital timer with buzzer alarm for producing smooth rotating motion in 1” orbit. Heavy duty double wall incubation chamber with exterior made up of GI MS epoxy powder coat finish & interior of SS- 304. It is a vertical unit with magnetic gasket on the door to provide perfect sealing of the inside chamber. The door is fitted with a full-view polycarbonate acrylic sheet of 6 mm thickness for easy view of the inside chamber. The illumination of the chamber is by fluorescent lamp for easy viewing. The digital RPM indicator cum controller is provided with the speed range of 50 to 200 RPM with 25 mm orbit by PMDC motor. PUF insulation is provided between inner & outer walls. Interchangeable shaking platform can be given as option. Uniformity of temperature inside the camber is achieved through a flange mounted motorized blower from the back. The unit is also fitted with a special interlocking safety door switch for auto shut-off of shaking motor when the door is open. There is provision for two SS wire mesh trays at the top of incubator.
