We manufacture a range of high quality Stainless Steel Welded Tubes, that are used in various industrial applications. The cold rolled stainless steel strips are welded into tubes in the state of the art tube mills under fully automated precision process. Complying with the international standards, these can be availed in various sizes and specifications to suit the diverse requirements of the clients. The manufacturing of tubes begins with slitting of strips of required width based on the diameter of the tubes to be formed. Stainless steel slitted strips are passed through a series of rollers and tubes are formed automatically on different stands with rolls and welded on fully automated process of TIG welding without the addition of filler metal. The welding head line is polished continuously with the help of automatic bead polishing machine to produce a perfect bore. The tubes are then passed through a series of sizing rolls to ensure ovality and tolerances. We bring forth an exclusive range of U-bend tubes, which are known for their superior quality and excellent functionality. Fabricated from best grade raw material, our range is rigorously quality checked by our team of talented professionals on every stage of production to deliver the clients defect free best quality products. Available in different specifications, these U bend tubes can be custom designed in various diameters as per the requirements of our clients.      Features :     'U' bending is done by cold working process. 'U' bending is done to the required radius as per customer drawings. The bend portion and six inch leg is stress relieved by resistance heating. Inert gas (Argon) is passed through it at the required flow rate to avoid oxidation in ID. The radius is checked for its OD and wall thinning with the recommended specification. The physical properties and micro-structure is checked at three different position. Visual inspection for waviness and cracks is done with Dye Penetrant Test. Each tube is then hydro tested at the recommended pressure to check for leakage. Cotton ball test is done to check the ID cleanliness of the tube. Thereafter pickled, dried, marked and packed. All procedure is strictly followed as per TEMA "C" and ASTM A-688
